What data do we collect about you?
Data collected during registration.
In order to use the features of our ServNET service, you will need to register. During registration, we will ask you about the Distributor you work with, your company name, your email address and postal address and contact telephone numbers, login and password you will use on our website.
Data collected during warranty registration.
In order to register the warranty of the Slican PBX and take advantage of the promotional extension of the warranty period, we will ask you about the type of PBX, the name of the PBX owner/user, city and province where the PBX is used, as well as the industry in which the PBX owner/user operates.
Data collected automatically.
During your visit to our website, data regarding your visit is automatically collected, e.g. your IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc.
Data collected when you contact us.
When you contact us via the website, telephone, e-mail, etc., you provide us with your personal data, e.g. name, surname, e-mail address, etc.
Data collected in connection with the use of the application
When using the mobile application, data related to the functionality of the application are collected, e.g. content of chat messages, call history, photos and files sent in the application. The app may also ask for permission to access permissions on your mobile device, including:
– access to the camera (CAMERA), phone (PHONE), files and multimedia, location, as well as permission to work in the background, display on the lock screen, display pop-up windows while working in the background.
How do we use your data?
Under no circumstances will we sell or share the data collected about you with third parties.
The data collected during registration will be used only to enable you to log into our system. These data will allow you to be immediately identified in our Technical Support system and to renew your history of contacts with the Technical Support Department and the Service Department. Registration is mandatory if you want to use the ServNET website. When you activate your account on the ServNET website, you will be added to the Infolist that allows you to receive our Newsletter and we will use your data to send you our Newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time.
The data collected during warranty registration will be used for the purpose of extending the warranty period and for creating reference lists of installed Slican PBXes. Reference lists may be made available by Slican to other users of the ServNET service in terms of specifying the type of AHU and the location of its installation as well as the industry in which the owner of the AHU operates. In no case do we share the personal data of the PBX owner.
Data collected automatically can be used to analyze user behavior on our website. This data is automatically collected anonymously about each user.
Data collected during correspondence or telephone contacts between you and our factory service or other department of the company will be used only to respond to your inquiry or to fulfill your requests and orders.
In the event of an inspection by the General Inspectorate for Personal Data Protection, your data may be made available to the employees of the Inspectorate in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
In the event of a violation of the Regulations of our website, violation of the law, or when required by law, we may disclose your data to the judicial authorities.
The data collected when using the mobile application is related to the functionality of the application:
– access to the camera (CAMERA) – used when sending photos in chat messages
– access to the telephone (PHONE) – used when making voice calls with the “GSM” mode enabled in the application
– access to files and multimedia – used when sending files stored in the memory of a mobile device in chat messages
– location access – used in the tracking function, enabled with the User’s consent
– permission to run in the background – some important functions of the application require permission to run in the background
– display on the lock screen – used to display a notification about a new message and a new conversation on the lock screen of the phone
– displaying pop-up windows while working in the background – used to present an incoming call
Background location. The user’s location data is securely transferred to the server to which the application is connected. This data is not transferred to third parties and is used only for the ongoing implementation of the tracking function in the application. In order for the tracking function to work, the Application User must consent to tracking each time, and may withdraw this consent at any time. The user is also clearly notified of how long the tracking will last, and the tracking information is permanently and clearly visible on the phone.
How will we contact you?
We will use your address and telephone data to contact you, only in matters related to mutual relations. You will also receive our Newsletter by e-mail.
How can you inform us about the change of data?
After logging in to ServNET and selecting the Change data section, you can make changes to your data. The data used for registration cannot be deleted by yourself. In order to delete data, please send us an e-mail to the following address: office@slican.pl with a request to remove your data from our Database. Data collected automatically cannot be changed or deleted.
Use of cookies (“cookies”)
Our website may use cookies to identify your browser when using our website so that we know which page to display to you. Cookies do not contain any personal data.
