It can be used to record occasional announcements on INVENIO Infolines - for example, information about promotions, change in working hours - or to update quickly corporate phone book.
ConfigMAN.user basic features are:
- Safety - user can access to only those parameters, changing of which does not affect the main operation parameters of the server.
- Simplicity - interactive prompts, icons, buttons, graphical visualisation, clear and legible layout of windows.
- Convenience – possibility of editing in ConfigMAN.user application parameters, which often change and require fast response – its management can successfully be implemented by server user.

| INVENIO Infolines | Slican INVENIO infoline is friendly and elastic. For people calling to company or office it means that every one quickly obtain connection with specified extension number or route to another extension number dedicated to solve customer problem.
We may create up to 99 infolines and connect them, creating wide announcements sytems.
You may create your INVENIO on your own – you may always buy and add additional infolines or extend time of announcements.
INVENIO infolines are available in CXS-0424, CCT-1668 and MAC-6400 PABXes.

| Slican PayMAN enables quick cost analysis of calls in hotel, pension, hospital or hostel office. It limits to necessarily minimum all activities concerning with phone maintenance of guest – users have assured high quality of phone services and reception personnel is equipped in tool for on-line cost of calls control. Slican PayMAN offers possibility of quick check-in and check-out of hotel guest together with phone status check − lock / unlock. For specified extension number – specified room – application without delay creates report with time of check-in, number, type and cost of dialled calls. | Slican RecordMAN2 - a new approach to call recording | RecordMAN2 application is designed to work with built-in recording system EbdRec* in CCT-1668 and MAC-6400 servers. It consists of "Server", which allows you to download recordings from PABX, and save it on your computer in local network, and “Client” part - for maintenance of records. It presents detailed history of connections, and allows searching by a number or specific criteria.
Application RecordMAN2 supports:
- up to 128 call recording channels in MAC-6400
- up to 12 call recording channels in CCT-1668.
* EbdRec (Embedded Recording) – recording solution implemented in already existing system – in this case PABX. It requires no external devices to store calls. Calls are stored in PABX module, on CF card or hard drive). All records are saved with call recording application in/by PABX.
