The latest generation Slican CTI application bundle supports team work and cooperation. This is a set of intuitive solutions to operate on PCs and smartphones. Integrates extended telephone connectivity functions with "select and click" operation.
The applications were designed based on the concept of universality and the availability of many devices. It can be implemented without the need for any additional server besides the IPx Slican series solutions.
The latest generation of Slican CTI solutions include:
  • Slican PhoneCTI - an extended communication system which integrates voice communication with chat, SMS and WWW solutions. Colored icons informs about current availability status of the subscriber (available, busy, out of office, etc.) and enable the selection of the best communication method. PhoneCTI enables customer access to public and private phone book. They can be modified as required. The following actions can be performed from inside application: configuring transfers and notifications, listening  call records. It integrates all contacts and enables efficient, rapid communication.
  • Slican WebCTI - a friendly application available via an Internet browser, allowing various phone behaviors to be defined - blocking selected calls, activation of Slican MobilePhone service and downloading sound files with recorded conversations. WebCTI informs the client about the state of the account - the costs of established calls enables tracking of the history of all contacts in the same way as with Slican PhoneCTI. The IPS-08 server ensures full cost control of phone calls. The applications provide post and online information about the generated call costs and functional solutions used in servers to optimize costs of telephony in the company. The customers have LCR functionality and Slican BillingMAN application at their disposal, and the use of these applications brings notable benefits and savings.
  • LCR (Least Cost Routing) is a telecommunication solution which enables routing of outgoing calls via PBX to the specific provider network, VoIP or GSM gate, while selecting the least expensive route. System LCR can also select calls in the area of services of a single provider, e.g. by selecting from among different charging plans. The IPS-08 server uses the data delivered by telecommunication provider (charging plans saved in the system) and autonomously routes the call to the trunk which is currently available at the lowest rate. Depending on the user's decision and network resources it is possible to define routing of international calls via a cheap VoIP network and calls to mobile phones via GSM card installed in the Slican server. Calls between company callers are then completed using the provider offer at promotional prices or even free of charge.
  • Slican BillingMAN enables charging calls according price lists and charging plans specific for every provider or defined individually by the server's owner. The application is excellent for the settling of traditional charging plans, such as charging by seconds and initial fees. Extended version of the application - BillingMAN.plus additionally creates statistics concerning the number of generated calls and occupation analysis for individual lines. The data is summarized in the form of tables and charts, presenting the analysis results quick  and in a convenient form. The reports may be prepared using time as a parameter - for a specific day or for a selected group (e.g. for a sales department), a single subscriber or for a selected call category, e.g. international calls.
