Slican CTI Communicator


The newest Slican CTI Communicator software supports group work and communication. It is set of intuitive solutions operating on PCs and smartphones. It integrates sophisticated phone communication functions with „click to dial” maintenance. Slican CTI applications were developed to universality and accessibility from different terminals.

It can be launch without any additional server except Slican IPx solution. Slican CTI tools are set of comprehensive internal and external communication. This set includes graphical screen visualization together with IPPBX interfaces.

PhoneCTI application


Expanded coomunicator integrating voice messaging with chat, sms and web solutions. Color icons indicate up to date on the availability of our interlocutor (available, busy, out of office, etc.) and allow you to choose the best form of communication. PhoneCTI provides company and private phone book - and user may modify them as needed directly from application. From the application are available conferencing, forwarding and notification. You can listen to the recored calls directly from PhoneCTI. It integrates all your contacts, allowing for efficient and fast communication.

Permissions and licenses


Using Slican CTI Communicator requires the purchase of a license. User becomes access to all applications (PhoneCTI / WebCTI / MobileCTI) in range assigned to a license.
  • CTI.user - set of software Slican PhoneCTI, WebCTI and MobileCTI. Access to settings and recordings. Edition of private phone book, access to public phone book according granted privileges. License is issued for number of users.
  • CTI.manager - set of software Slican PhoneCTI, WebCTI and MobileCTI. It is dedicated for managers, owners of company etc. Managing group of subscribers / workers, phone settings change, play of recorded calls. Editing of employees private phone book, editing public phone book according privileges.
  • CTI.admin - set of software Slican PhoneCTI, WebCTI and MobileCTI. All Slican IPx series products are equipped in CTI.admin free stand. Privileges of CTI.admin are given by administrator only from Slican ConfigMAN.admin or ConfigMAN.user.
